The majority of my practice is focused on family law, including dissolutions, paternity actions, modifications of custody and support, adoptions, guardianships and grandparent visitation. I also serve as a Guardian ad Litem to represent the interests of children who are the subject of custody cases.
I am frequently appointed as a Guardian ad Litem for children or as a parent attorney in juvenile court matters in the 14th and 41st Judicial Circuits.
If you are starting a business or already own a business, I can help. I can set up your business entity, review and draft contracts, assist with collections, represent you in litigation, and advise you on business issues, such as buying or selling a business.
Real Estate Law
Buying, selling or leasing real estate can be complicated and involves a variety of legal issues. I can help with your real estate transactions by drafting leases, contracts and deeds. I can also facilitate your real estate closing.
